Coughing, sneezing, and pain

Sometimes when I cough or sneeze really violently, my left arm hurts for a little while. I'm 31, so I don't think it could be heart problems, but it is scaring me a little when it happens. Also, sometimes my arm hurts for no reason at all.

I dont think it's heart trouble it's more likely that you have pulled or strained a muscle in the shoulder, and the pain might result from that, or it could be rhuematic pain which feels like toothache in the joint.Try applying warming muscle rub and see if that helps.

If the pain doesn't go away soon, you should see a doctor, especially if its scaring you.
